Terms of Service

made.slowly (made.slowly.studio) is a store by Slowly Studio for heroes, sections and complete websites, built from scratch. Each piece can be bought on its own, as files or as a prompt, or all together with lifetime access.

Purchases require an account, created by signing in with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your place of residence. Purchases are tied to the account that made them and cannot be transferred.

By accessing the Site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

The Site is operated by Slowly Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”). Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries relating to payment and handles returns. Paddle’s Buyer Terms also apply to every purchase.

We sell digital design and code assets (“Pieces”), each offered as “Files + prompt” (source code, documentation and the prompt that builds it) or as “Prompt” only, and lifetime access to all current and future Pieces. Live previews on the Site show each Piece before purchase and do not grant any right to use it.

Subject to payment, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, modify and incorporate each purchased Piece into an unlimited number of your own and your clients’ end products, commercial or not. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or share a Piece, its source code or its prompt, whether modified or not, alone or as part of a template, theme, UI kit or other product intended to let others build with it; publish it where others can copy it; or use it to train machine-learning models. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes, which Paddle calculates based on your location. Payment is processed by Paddle at the time of order; we never receive or store your card details. We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed.

Pieces are delivered digitally and immediately after payment is confirmed, and remain available to download from your account. By placing an order, you request and consent to immediate delivery.

Because Pieces are digital content delivered immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable, and by completing a purchase you acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal, except where applicable law provides otherwise. We will issue a full refund for duplicate charges, or where a Piece cannot be delivered or does not work as described and we are unable to fix it within a reasonable time. To request a refund, contact hello@slowly.studio within 14 days of purchase with your order number. Approved refunds are paid by Paddle to the original payment method, and access to the refunded Piece ends. Paddle may also refund at its discretion under its refund policy.

You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the Site, attempt to access Pieces you have not purchased, scrape or copy the Site or its previews, circumvent any security measure, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

The Site, the Pieces and all related content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the license in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

Pieces and the Site are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that a Piece will meet your requirements or be compatible with every environment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

You may stop using the Site at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including the license restrictions, disclaimers and limitations of liability, will survive.

When these Terms change, the new version is published on this page and the date at the top is updated. If a change matters to you, we’ll let account holders know in advance, by email or on the Site. An order is always governed by the Terms in place when it was made.
